Job Description
THE COMPANY :
- AWARD winning and internationally renowned interior design company
- Main projects : luxurious residential & hospitality in HK, China and Asian countries
- We are looking for PROCUREMENT EXECUTIVE – with details as follows :
THE JOB :
- Provide full spectrum of secretarial support to a team of Sourcing and Procurement
- Performing RFQ for goods and services in accordance to the business needs
- Preparation of documentation such as purchase order/contract, invoice, statistic report, etc.
- Responsible for daily correspondence / documentation for Finance and Accounting Department’s approval
- Monitor all purchased items in schedules, to ensure timely and accurate delivery
- Perform any ad hoc job duties as assigned
- Love design & enjoy life
- Diploma/Degree in International Trade, Supply Chain Management, Merchandising or related disciplines
- Proficient in Microsoft applications and Chinese Word Processing
- Good command of written and spoken in Cantonese, Putonghua and English
- 5 days work
- Less experiences and qualifications can be considered as Assistant Procurement Executive
