Job Description
THE COMPANY :
- Headquarters : Hong Kong
- Specialist, designer, supplier and contractor : swimming pool, fountain, spa facilities, health club facilities, ice skating rink etc
- Main clients : hotels, club houses, spa companies, design consultants, direct corporate clients and private developers
- Project location : Hong Kong, Macau, China and Asia region
- China offices : Guangzhou and Shanghai
- We are looking for PROJECT COORDINATOR – with details as follows :
THE JOB :
- Studies in Building Services/Engineering/Building/Construction or related disciplines
- 0 to 2 years experience in E&M/engineering/building/construction field
- Proficient in AutoCad or related
- Experience or interest in swimming pool, spa, fountain or water feature works is an advantage
- Interest in following up project details and monitor project progress
- Reporting to the Project Manager
- Provide assistance to the Project Manager in project coordination of spa facilities and swimming pools projects in Hong Kong and Macau
- Perform drafting using Autocad
- Coordinate project management from site meeting and coordination, submission, testing and commissioning to handover
- Assist Project Manager in site supervision and inspection to monitor the work progress and to ensure quality meet Company standard
- Coordinate and monitor the work of contractors and sub-contractors to ensure quality meet Company standard
- Monitor project progress until project completed
- 5.5 days work with alternative Sat off
- Annual leave : 14 days

- Fresh graduates in related disciplines will be considered
