THE COMPANY :
- Hong Kong company over 50 years history
- Interior fitting out work contractor
- Main projects : show flat & sales office, club house, retail chain stores, hotels & residential projects
- We are looking for PROJECT COORDINATOR – with details as follows :
THE JOB :
- Assist Project Team for fitting-out project administration
- Perform coordination with sub-contractors
- Attend regular meetings, site meeting, take notes and follow up
- Manage project documentation, administrative support, record and filing system, submissions, material handling, etc.
- Report to the Project Manager
- Commercial interior fitting out project experience is highly preferred
- 1-3 years' relevant experiences;
- Proficient in CAD & MS office applications;
- No trip is required
- 5.5 days work
- Office location : North Point
