- Sales, marketing, distribution and contracting company for building & construction
- Specialized in : engineering solutions for the building & construction sectors in Hong Kong, China and Macau markets.
- Headquartered in Hong Kong with branches from Europe to Asia
- We are looking for PROJECT ENGINEER - with details as follows :
THE JOB :
- Degree or Higher Diploma Holder in Engineering / Building Services or related disciplines
- Good team player and work independently with self-discipline
- Good communication skills with different level of people in construction site
- 3 years or above working experience in project management in building industry
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS office (Word, Excel) is necessary
- Manage projects and coordinate with clients and sub-contractors
- Lead the project team to complete the projects on budget and on schedule
- Prepare project proposal and submission, which includes drawings, project timeline and relevant documents, etc. and review the project proposal frequently
- Attend internal and external meetings regularly to report/discuss the project status
- Raise and rectify the problems encountered during installation
- Ensure works quality and safety in accordance with the contract requirements and statutory regulations
- 5 days work
- 13 months salary plus performance bonus
