Job Description
THE COMPANY :
- Specialist, designer, supplier and contractor : swimming pool, fountain, spa facilities, health club facilities, ice skating rink etc
- Main clients : hotels, club houses, spa companies, design consultants, direct corporate clients
- Project location : Hong Kong, China and Asia region
- Headquarters : Hong Kong
- China offices : Guangzhou and Shanghai
- We are looking for PROJECT INTERIOR DESIGNER – with details as follows :
THE JOB :
- Studies in Interior Design/Drafting/Building/Construction/Engineering or related disciplines is highly prefer
- 2 to 5 years interior design, drafting or related experience
- Good design ability and knowledge of production drawings and interior detailing
- Proficient in Autocad or other design related softwares
- Presentation materials (Powerpoint presentation & material sampling)
- Experience in hotel design projects, commercial office design projects or spa design projects is highly prefer
- Ability to deliver project from design intent through to completion
- Creative, strong design flair with good initiative
- Contribute to project design / consultancy of spa / swimming pool projects located in HK and Macau
- Deliver projects from design intent through to completion
- Perform drafting and interior drawing
- Perform site measurement and checking
- Project management to meet tight schedules
- Monitor site work when required
- Monitor projects to ensure work completed according to corporate standard
- No or very few trips is required
- 14 days annual leave
