  • We are looking for PROJECT MANAGEMENT OFFICER - with details as follows :
 
THE JOB :
  • Support the governance of project including methodology, reporting, tracking of the activities etc.
  • Develop and implement strategy and tools for controlling and tracking of project related items
  • Ensure compliance of the relevant quality standard as defined by the Company
  • Coordinate key project meetings and document key action points
  • Assist in delivery of Project Life Cycle (PLC) phases
  • Prepare updated project progress materials
  • Other ad-hoc tasks assigned by PMO Superior
  • Participate in different projects on top of PMO tasks if needed
  • Degree holder in Business / Logistics / Supply Chain Management / Project Management or equivalent
  • At least 3-4 years relevant working experience in project, experience in supporting PMO is a plus
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and Project Life Cycle
  • Advanced level of Excel and PowerPoint knowledge, able to work with macros, charts, pivot tables and formulas
  • Proficient in Putonghua
  • Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Good interpersonal skills in building positive working relationship with diverse teams
  • 5 days work (Mon to Fri 9:00am – 5:20pm)
  • Annual leave : 12 days
