• We are looking for PROJECT MANAGER– with details as follows :

• Tertiary education in Engineering preferably in Building Services or Mechanical Engineering; or equivalent
• 5 to 8 years experience preferably in E&M/fitting out construction works/plumb drain/swimming pool/building service/spa/hotel construction experience
• Project management and site management experience
• Capable of handling project from preliminary stage to work completion
• Experience in plumbing system or electrical control system will be an advantage
• Experience in swimming pool or water feature projects is an advantage
• License Plumber will be a plus, not a must
• Responsible for project management of spa facilities and swimming pools projects in Hong Kong and Macau
• Site meeting and coordination, submission, testing and commissioning to handover
• Site supervision and inspection to monitor the work progress and ensure quality meet Company standard
• Coordinating and monitoring the work of contractors and sub-contractors
• Monitoring project progress to meet deadline
• Occasional trip to Macau
