Job Description
THE COMPANY :
- E&M engineering focus in HVAC air-conditioning and electrical works for data centers in Hong Kong
- We are looking for PROJECT MANAGER (air-condition/data centre) – with details as follows :
THE JOB :
- Responsible for overall coordination and management of assigned project, including progress quality, cost and client relation;
- Ensure all construction activities comply with contractual requirement;
- Attend regular site meeting, organize and prioritize work;
- To monitor overall commercial, contractual and technical matters for all current project;
- To control and supervise overall site activities and liaise with client's representative, architects and subcontractors;
- Tertiary education in Building Service / Mechanical Engineering or equivalent;
- Minimum 10 years relevant experience in project management in air-conditioning field;
- Data center experience is highly prefer
- Holder of REW Grade B is a plus
- Strong leadership and project management skills;
- Proficiency in Microsoft office and project, AutoCAD is an advantage;
- 5.5 days work
- Office location : Wanchai
