Job Description
THE COMPANY :
- Hong Kong company over 50 years history
- Interior fitting out work contractor
- Main projects : show flat, sales office and club house
- We are looking for PROJECT MANAGER – with details as follows :
THE JOB :
- Perform project management independently for fitting out works
- Tender quotation
- Project management from quotation, confirmed order, project details follow, finalization of account, VO etc
- Manage on-site activities and attend regular meetings with sub-contractors, clients and consultants
- Prepare and maintain project schedule, progress reports, project documentation, site record, quality control and Client relation
- To monitor overall commercial, contractual and technical matters for assigned projects
- Proceed finalization of account & VO application
- Experience in Sales Office, Show Flat and Club House interior fitting out project experience is highly preferred
- Minimum 5 years project management in fitting out works
- Good knowledge in tender quotation
- Experience to proceed finalization of account & VO applications
- Proficiency in CAD & MS office applications
- 5.5 days work
- Office location : North Point
