- We are looking for PROJECT MANAGER – with details as follows :
THE JOB :
- The Project Manager will establish and deliver project management within the investments business on both client facing and internal projects.
- Screen, evaluate and execute investment opportunities that comply with the request from Management team, including direct investment or co-investment opportunities.
- Lead M&A deal execution, responsible for target screening, negotiation, financial due diligence, deal structuring, transaction management, etc.
- Compile investment analysis report, valuation report, post-acquisition management plan, transaction agreements and other investment documents.
- Manage the overall investment process, keep track of the progress of investment projects, coordinate internal and external parties
- Address investors' inquiries and concerns in a timely manner
- Maintain and foster relationship with investors, government agencies, legal professionals and all relevant market participants
- Bachelor Degree holder preferably in Finance / Accounting / Economics / Business related
- 3-6 years work experience with exposure into project management, M&A, corporate finance or related consulting for investment work either as in-house or in financial services
- Experience in China projects of multiple business nature is highly prefer
- All rounded experience in the whole investment process is highly preferred but not a must
- Good command in Mandarin is necessary.
- Candidate with mainland China background is welcomed.
