- We are looking for PROJECT MANAGER – with details as follows :
THE JOB :
- A Project Manager is responsible for planning, overseeing and leading projects from project ideation to completion.
- This is a senior role at IT team and requires interaction with a range of internal and external stakeholders, most often managing several moving project parts simultaneously.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Define and maintain the project management workflow based on sound project management methodology such as PMP/PRINCE2/Agile/Scrum/DevOp
- Continuously review and fine tune the process base on the organization needs and changes
- Drive the project management process enforcement under every stakeholder to ensure efficient project processes can be achieved
- Leading project planning sessions, assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, ensuring technical feasibility and securing growth opportunities and ROI during the project initiation stage
- Negotiating with IT team managers on the different technical alternatives to delivering the desired project outcome in order to ensure the effective use of IT resources
REQUIREMENTS :
- Bachelor's Degree or certification in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience
- Certification or proven working experience with the standard project management methodologies such as Project Management Professional (PMP) / PRINCE2
- Sound technical background or experiences
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Certification or experience with project management methodologies Agile/Scrum/DevOp will be an advantage
- Knowledge in JAVA and web development
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Project Manager
