• We are looking for PROJECT SUPERVISOR – with details as follows :

• Tertiary education in Engineering preferably in Building Services or Mechanical Engineering; or equivalent
• 5 to 8 years experience preferably in interior design companies/fitting out/plumb drain/swimming pool/spa facilities/hotel projects or similar experience
• Project management and site management experience
• Capable of handling project from preliminary stage to work completion
• Experience in plumbing system or electrical control system will be an advantage
• Experience in swimming pool or water feature projects is an advantage
• License Plumber will be a plus, not a must
• Responsible for project management of spa facilities and swimming pools projects in Hong Kong and Macau
• Manage site meeting and coordination, submission, testing and commissioning to handover
• Manage site supervision and inspection to monitor the work progress and ensure quality meet Company standard
• Coordinating and monitoring the work of contractors and sub-contractors
• Monitoring project progress to meet deadline
• Lead one of the Project Teams in HK office
• Occasional trip to Macau
