Job Description

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Support the daily operations and administration of rental and lease matters;
  • Keep track of rent receivable for the property business; maintain proper records, databases and filing of accounts receivable documents;
  • Coordinate with internal parties like Finance and Marketing Departments, and external parties like tenants and property management companies in the processing and follow-up on rental and lease issues;

 

Requirements:

  • Tertiary educated preferably with elementary accounting training;
  • At least 10 years of relevant experience preferably in real estate or property management companies;
  • Good PC knowledge and skills, familiar with Microsoft Office tools like EXCEL, WORD, and Chinese word processing; experience using Flex system will be an added advantage;
  • Mature with good communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills;
  • Self-motivated, able to work independently and adaptable to a fast paced environment;
  • Organized, detail-minded, diligent and positive in attitude;
  • Suitable candidates with more solid experience may be appointed as Senior Property Officer.
