Job Summary

• System engineer / Customer Project Sub-Project Manager
• System definition and design of electrical functions of DNOX-systems
• Perform DNOX customer projects working packages with ECU/DCU system

Roles and Responsibilities 

• Definition of HW, SW and system function of DNOX system according to customer requirements
• Analyze + verify conformity of Dosing module, supply module and dosing control unit interfaces (sensors, actuators, wiring harness, communication).
• Communicate with other development departments and sales, check component specifications against system specification and customer specifications. 
• Verification of system functions on test bench (Labcar, Engine) and vehicle incl. measurement and analysis.
• Explain DNOX control functions to Customers.
• Join first firing of engines and vehicle tests for electrical and electronics validation under extreme conditions; participation in summer, winter and altitude testing
• Define system specific data and system FMEA for Denoxtronic components
• Calibration of component driver and error diagnosis
• Support of ECU series release (EMC measurement, EOL concept, system release, series preparation)

Educational Background

-       Engineering or technical Master Degree from a good university

-       Good English Language Skills (fluent discussion of technical topics possible)

-       Quick in understanding technical relations and consequences

-       Good team-working capabilities

-       Broad technical Background

Language: 

Fluent English speaking and writing 

Job Relevant Knowledge and Experience 

-       Basic knowledge of electronics in automotive applications (microcontrollers, governors, software, sensor and actuators, embedded systems)

-       High capability in understanding of complex systems (SW, HW, mechanics)

-       Knowledge in measurement techniques
