Bosch Automotive Steering (Jinan) Co., Ltd is a wholly owned subsidiary of Bosch Group. Its predecessor is ZF Commercial Vehicle Steering (Shandong) Co., Ltd., established in October 2005, provides Chinese business partners with a full portfolio of steering system for commercial vehicles. Currently, the company has completed the construction of phase II-workshop, R&D center and the vehicle testing ground.

Servocom series hydraulic ball & nut steering gears are the main products of the company. Servocom is designed with features of modularization, high pressure and high level of standardization. Compared with competitors, these features bring benefits such as less energy consumption, wide range of application. Meanwhile, the output torque of unit mass is increased through light-weight design and the payload is increased accordingly. Also, the maintenance-free of Servocom leads to the reduction of life cycle cost. Servocom has been owned more than 1 million units in China and applied by all major Chinese commercial vehicle OEMs. Currently,ServoSino8198 which developed by our company has been launched on the market. Servotwin which makes automated driving come true has also been introduced into China market. Besides, our company is dedicated to promote Robust System to reduce failure rate and fulfill the requirement of customer for the modular management.

博世汽车转向系统（济南）有限公司是博世集团的全资子公司，其前身为采埃孚商用车转向机（山东）有限公司，创建于2005年10月，主要是给其中国商业伙伴提供商用车用全套转向系统，公司现已完成二期厂房、研发中心及整车试车场的建设。

公司产品主要为Servocom系列商用车用循环球式液压助力转向机。Servocom系列转向机为模块化、高压力、标准化设计，与竞争对手相比，能量损耗更低，应用范围更广。同时，轻量化的设计使得单位质量的输出扭矩增加，从而使整车负载得到增加，且不需要维护从而降低使用成本。Servocom系列转向机在中国市场上的保有量已超过100万台，已被国内主要商用车制造商广泛采用。目前，公司开发的ServoSino8198系列转向机已经投放市场，用以实现自动驾驶的Servotwin也已经逐渐引入中国市场。此外，公司正致力于推广转向系统供货以降低故障率并满足主机厂模块化管理需求。

• Collect input for package design from business partners like MOE, QMM, customers, suppliers etc.
• 从业务合作伙伴（如生产、质量、客户、供应商等）收集对包装设计的输入。
• Design package with considering of quality, cost.
• 设计包装方案，同时考虑质量、成本。
• Follow engineering change request (ECR) process for package design alignment internally and externally.
• 遵循工程变更请求（ECR）流程，进行内部和外部的包装设计调整。
• Design package material drawings, and do the supplier sample validation to ensure competitive Q, C, D performance.
• 设计/绘制包装材料图纸，并验证包装供应商样品，以确保具有竞争力的Q、C、D性能。
• Define necessary measures and validation plan like lab test, shipment test etc. for identified risks.
• 为已识别的风险定义必要的措施和验证计划，如实验室测试、装运测试等。
• Manage related documents/data of packaging design, like package drawings, label specification, data in PAGOS/PackMDM & SAP.
• 管理包装设计的相关文件/数据，如包装图纸、标签规格、PAGOS/PackMDM  和SAP中的数据。
• Handling related quality complaints, e.g. customer complaint, package damage etc., and realize solutions for package quality improvement with usage of quality management tools like, 8D, PSS etc.
• 处理相关质量投诉，如客户投诉、包装损坏等，并使用8D、PSS等质量管理   工具实现包装质量改进方案。
• Identify improvement potentials for package material quality through incoming inspection, FEMA line walk, on-site Gemba, and realize improvement potentials.
• 通过进货检验、FEMA line walk、现场Gemba，识别包装材料质量的改进潜力，并实现改进潜力。
• Follow A3 logic to identify and realize packaging optimization from customers, internal business partners with defined priority and planned schedule, to achieve cost saving target and ensure sustainable cost development.
• 遵循A3逻辑，确定并实现客户、内部业务合作伙伴的包装优化，确定优先级和计划进度，以实现成本节约目标，确保可持续成本发展。
• Standard package concepts in value stream to simplify material flow, to contribute for productivity improvement.
• 价值流中的标准包装概念，以简化物流，促进生产力的提高。
• Project management tasks related company project and Logistics internal project.
• 在各类项目中(公司项目和物流部内部项目)的项目管理工作。
• Be responsible for some logistics planning tasks to secure customer delivery.
• 负责部分物流计划工作内容以保证客户交付。
• Other relevant tasks arranged by superiors for achieving company’s objectives.

Education学历

• Bachelor, Packaging Engineering or Industrial Engineering major related.
• 本科, 包装工程、工业工程等相关专业。

Experience工作经验

• Not less than 3 years package design/optimize working experience, Foreign  company experience is preferred.
• 3年及以上包装设计/优化经验，有外企经验优先考虑。
• Familiar with the basic characteristics and production process of various packaging materials, paper, plastic, etc.
• 熟悉各种包装材料 纸、塑料等基本特性和生产工艺。
• Familiar with logistics transportation related packaging.
• 熟悉物流运输包装。
• Logistics planning experience.
• 物流计划类相关工作经验。
• Project management experience.
• 项目管理经验。

Skills技能

• Good communication skills， English skills.
