Responsibilities:

职责范围

• Carry out the day-to-day packing and logistics of GPIN UII, with Proactive approach to achieve Zero damage of shipment during transit. No loss of items and Zero site complaints

  负责GPIN UII的日常包装和物流工作，积极实现运输零损坏、零丢失、零投诉。

• He shall drive logistics activity independently in coordination with the project and shop requirements.

  根据项目和车间需求，独立推动物流工作。

• Advance planning of transport fixtures and packing boxes meeting mode of shipment

  根据运输方式提前安排适宜的运输工装和包装箱。

• Meet all requirements wrt shipment and prepare supporting documentation.

  满足运输相关的所有需求，并准备所需支持文件。

• Support PSC to plan vehicles at optimized costs.

  支持PSC以最优价格安排车辆

• Training and managing packing teams.

  培训和管理包装团队

• Optimize the cost of packing. Participate in project cost estimates on request, continuous improvement and cost down.

  优化包装成本，根据需要预估项目包装成本。持续改进,成本降低

• Maintain storage space and packing area to obtain desired SOC score

  维护储存区和包装区，以提高SOC表现。

• Write, implement, and manage packing Procedures and work instructions

  起草、执行和管理包装规程和工作指南。

• Perform loading, lashing and shipping Inspections with third party/ shipping inspector.

  监测第三方装车、加固和运输。

• Ability to evaluate robustness of lashing arrangement and ensure proper use fixing materials

  能够评估装车是否足够稳固，确保使用合适的材料进行固定。

• Verification of packing wood, sizes and quality before use.

  使用前核实包装箱木材、大小和质量。

• Upkeep of workshop area after packing.

  确保包装完成后保持工厂区域完好状态。

• Tracking of shipments until port/reaching at end customers.

  追踪运输直至到港/到达最终客户。

• Maintain database of packing and its contents as a support to claims if any.

  维护包装数据库，如有投诉，提供支持。

Qualification requirements:

资质要求：

• Full time BE/B.Tech Degree or Diploma in Mechanical/Packing engineering. Diploma / Postgraduate diploma in import export management. Certificate in logistics management will be an added advantage.

  全日制机械工程/包装技术专业本科，进出口管理专业本科/研究生。持物流管理证书者优先。

• Familiar with related packing standard.

  熟悉相关包装的标准;

• Five years (or above) packing related experience, Experience in packing design and improvement, relevant packing experience preferred

  五年以上包装相关经验，从事包装设计及改善工作经验,有相关包装工作经验优先考虑;

• SAP, ISO 9001:2008/2015, familiar with import export rules.

  SAP，ISO 9001:2008/2015，熟悉进出口规则。

• Read and written English is a must

  熟练的英语读写能力

• Skill of MS office

  办公软件的使用
