Organizational Objectives of the position are:
- To ensure that the assembly process in production line has fulfilled the company standard.
- To plan and organize the production layout, station list, tool list, consumption material list, FMEA, control plan, working instruction and other necessary document for serial production and new product project.
- To plan and ensure the material allocation (including consumption material) for production line.
- To plan and provide Jigs, Tools, Facilities and Equipment for serial production and new product projects.
- To coordinate and ensure the implementation of regular and irregular alteration related to tools, assembly document, consumption material, and equipment changing in the documentation system and distribute it to the production line.
- To ensure of continuous improvement to achieve efficiency & effectiveness in production line.
- To m onitor on projects activities and ensured the project is on track.
