As the People Project Coordinator, you will form an integral part of our team responsible for the administration of projects, keeping to time management, cost and specification, while ensuring reporting documentation is updated.  Furthermore, you will escalate deadlines and outstanding actions to the Project Manager.

What will your day-to-day look like?

  • Coordinate the preparation of internal and external reports through gathering, analysing and summarising data and information from the project team
  • Maintain a detailed project schedule which includes tracking tasks and adherence to deadlines required for the project
  • Prepare and/or edit meeting agendas, minutes, presentations and tables
  • Track project changes as agreed with project management
  • Reconcile figures or information from various sources, ensuring completeness and accuracy while following up on discrepancies
  • Collate detailed inputs from business analysts and workstream leads to support production of reports or analyses
  • You may control and deliver small sub-projects or activities under general guidance
  • Carry out additional project activities as required

Essential Skills:

  • Ability to work collaboratively and flexibly within multiple project teams
  • Competent in working with Excel and PowerPoint
  • Previous administrative experience of working within and supporting projects
  • High-quality written and spoken communication skills
  • Can create and maintain processes to work efficiently for both self and others
