You will be responsible for:

• supporting the planning, organising, ticketing and research of dance programmes, events and activities;
• performing liaison and administrative duties in preparing and executing the programmes;
• coordinating with stakeholders and public in the participation in the activities;
• providing quality and timely delivery of programmes;
• providing administrative support for all aspects of Dance team; and
• performing any other duties and tasks as assigned by supervisors.

You should:

• have a recognised university degree in Performing Arts, Arts or Cultural Studies, Arts Management, Arts Education or equivalent;
• possess around 3 to 4 years working experience, preferably in in arts and cultural field; knowledge of dance programmes is desirable;
• be knowledgeable about the dance and performing arts scene of Hong Kong;
• have good interpersonal and communication skills;
• show passion for the performing arts with strong self-motivation, strong administrative and multi-tasking skills in accomplishing the tasks assigned;
• be proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese; and
• be required to perform duty at the planned dance programmes, events and activities (including weeknights and weekends).
