Personal Assistant to our manager (Foreigner)

Job Description
This position will be providing support to our manager and will be located in the district of Futian. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Dealing with daily correspondence on behalf of the manager.
• Prepare professional fact sheets, brochures and presentations.
• Help set up an logistic infrastructure.
• Keep a basic accounting record. Work with the accounting to reconcile and resolve discrepancies.
• Consistently maintains the utmost professionalism, positive rapport, friendly service
• Keep confidentiality in all business dealings.
•• To draft product data sheets and descriptions.
• Other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS:
• A good command of English. Meaning; a good standard in writing and reading. Speaking and listening only basic ability is expected
• No work experience is expected.
• But high level of motivation and self-motivated.
• should be very hard working.
• must be very organized
• capable to work fast and handle multiple tasks, able to prioritizes in an organized manner.
• Ability to maintain composure in high-stress work.
• Good organization skills
• Intermediate to advanced computer skills (Word and Excel), with demonstrated ability to prepare and modify charts and graphs. Applicants may be skills tested in these applications.
• Consistent, punctual and reliable attendance is an essential function of this position.
