 Support Chairman in day to day external and internal communication
 Draft contracts, type letters and meeting minutes
 Translation during meetings, particularly verbal
 Arrange all appointments and meetings for managers, coordinate scheduling
 Set up conference rooms for meetings
 Ensure the information and managers' requests are delivered on timely and accurate base
 Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:
 Must be eligible to work in Beijing full time
 University degree in English or other related subject with TEM-8
 Preferably has a University Degree from overseas
 Must be a skilled typist
 Must be fluent in verbal translation from English to Chinese and vice versa
 Good appearance and presentable
 Has an initiative to communicate with people
 All secretarial skills for general office staff
 Able to work under pressure and deliver quality results
 Flexible, able to work overtime and weekends
