Key Responsibilities/职位描述

• Drive the sourcing strategy as SQA category lead for raw material from Asia
• Re-shape the sourcing strategy as SQA category lead for suppliers
• Represent Asia SQA to work with GET team together with buyer representative
  • Collect BUs needs to feed into GET strategy and plan
  • Communicate the GET strategy and plan to BUs SQAs and execute together
  • Coordinate the Regional Validation with BU SQA to protect the Asia supply and DiB delivery
• Material specification development and communication
  • Drive the Global Essential material MRA and Specification standardization
  • Lead supplier hazard risk assessment, understand supplier Hazard management system and evaluate the effectiveness of the system
  • Build the assessment result into MRA and discuss the hazard with R&D & BU SQA to complete the MRA
  • Work with R&D & BU SQA to build the MRA output into the new specification or revised specification
  • Communicate and align with supplier on the new specification/revised specification
  • Get new/revised specification signed by supplier to move to the supplier development
• Supplier development
  • Assess supplier capability of meeting Mars standards
  • Confirm the supplier analytical data is acceptable
  • Assess and confirm supplier’s process is capable, stable and meet Mars specification consistently
  • Work with supplier and provide coach to develop their  technical capability and quality culture to meet the future requirements of the supplier strategy
• Performing the Mars Q&FS audit in suppliers facility in Asia
  • Develop annual supplier audit calendar based on supplier status
  • Create supplier audit plan based on the MRA and supplier performance
  • Conduct the audit to verify the effectiveness of hazard control,
  • Share the audit report with supplier and the receiving site
  • Work with supplier for the action plan development, follow up on the completion and verify the action plan
• Supplier and material performance Management
  • Regular conformance review with receiving site and supplier
  • Coach supplier on the non-conformance investigation and S-CAPA
  • Track S-CAPA completion and verify the effectiveness
  • Review supplier change control and communicate with key stakeholder /receiving sites
  • Manage supplier change control to avoid non-conformance
• Metrics and Supplier status
  • Utilise MQM metrics to understand and improve the Q&FS of the supply base
  • Update supplier status based on the capability and conformance result
  • Monthly update metrics and database
• Mentoring to new Team members
• Lead Simplification and standardization
• Team and organization support
• Manage the communication and expectation with stakeholder including buyers, SQA, R&D etc globally.

Qualifications/任职条件

1.Educational & Professional Qualification

• Bachelor degree or above Project management experience
• Tertiary qualifications in Science, Agricultural science, Engineering, Food technology Chemistry or other related disciplines
• Food-related industry experience
