The Business Analyst role for UBS Philanthropy Services will have operational and strategic responsibilities within the UBS Optimus Foundation, as well as supporting the UBS Optimus Foundation CEO/Head of UBS and Society.
Key responsibilities include:
-Manage the UBS Optimus Foundation's day-to-day activities and operations in the US, including:
• Be responsible for the day to day activities and operations of UBS OF in the US
• Manage AidImpact, the global fundraising platform to track and report all US activities, donations, and pipeline
• Serve as key relationship stakeholder with National Philanthropic Trust, overseeing the Optimus fund account and donation process (donor forms, receipts, grant recommendations)
• Work on key legal documents relating to the foundation's operations, including the fund agreement and operations manual
• Oversee tracking and reporting of all US activity, including Net New Money, speaking engagements/presentations, and inquiries for funding/support

-Manage the UBS Philanthropy Insight Trips in the US
• Manage the nomination process and invitations for the UBS Philanthropy Insight Trips
• Work with the field and financial advisors to increase awareness and market the insight trips

-Marketing and communications support
• Help prepare and update marketing materials for UBS OF in the US, including factsheets for active Optimus programs and Global Giving Campaign materials, liaising with local partners to obtain approvals (legal, RP24, etc.)
• Support communications and awareness raising initiatives for Optimus campaigns in the US, including the year-end Global Giving Campaign
• Incoming inquiries from Financial Advisors on Optimus and the donation process

-Support and manage UBS Optimus Foundation/Philanthropy related events in the US:
• Help manage Optimus related events from strategic planning to execution (nomination process, marketing material and follow up)
• Work with the Head of Family Advisory and Philanthropy Services to create dedicated events and activities to raise awareness with FAs on the UBS Optimus Foundation and the Family Advisory & Philanthropy Services offering

-Help support the Head of UBS & Society with key tasks, including:
• Liaising with global teams to prepare materials for the UBSS and Optimus Executive Board member meetings
• Prepare client briefings/materials, and be responsible for follow up and tracking of outcomes for client meetings
• Prepare materials and talking points for external/media interactions in collaboration with communications/RoW teams in Zurich
