Description

• Handle inbound calls from affluent segment customers and provide information on services to enhance customer relationships
• Collect and provide customer feedback to supervisor for product/service/program improvement
• Comply with policies and procedures/guidelines to ensure safety and security of the bank and customers assets are maintained
   

Qualifications

• University graduate with minimum 1 year’s customer service experience in banking industry
• Customer service oriented and good problem/complaint handling skills
• Good communication skills and team player
• Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
• Candidates with less experience will also be considered

5 Working Days a week
Working hours: Shift between 0800 - 2200
Salary range: HK$17,000 - 25,000 (with IIQE & HKSI can be up to $20k or above)
