Your tasks and responsibilities You will be responsible for Egypt subzone countries financial target of POC in cooperation with CBM, Sales team & BP managers. You will work with Country /Zone business managers to analyze competitive marketplace and industry trends to develop and perform a business plans to achieve company revenue & strategic goals. You will set the required action plan to penetrate POC different target segments in healthcare centers as ER, ICU, Doctor offices…..etc. You will set a clear & focused action plan for each POC product lines as ABG, Cardiac, Diabetes, Urinanlysis with full differentiation scope between its target segments You will conduct product training to country Sales Team and Channel Partners with technical & scientific data to drive Siemens Healthineers’ competitive edge. You will be working with cross function teams to align with Finance, Sales and Marketing managers to support the development of country sales programs such as installed base retention, demo programs, escalations, pricing strategies and special conditions as well as other requests from the country. You will coordinate and align all systems evaluations, Validation & All quality records. You will drive product launches together with the POC Country & Zone business managers. You will develop Market intelligence & transparency in addition to collect competition activities information. You will prepare and update product technical presentations for Key customer with alignment with POC BM to be matched with company strategy. You will provide support for marketing collaterals, advertising materials, marketing campaigns, tradeshows, and other promotional activities. You will address customer issues and concerns in a timely fashion to ensure customer satisfaction. You will stay up to date with product knowledge, business flow, sales process and market dynamic You will represent the company by visiting customers to solicit feedback on company products and services You will organize conferences and scientific key customer events. You will ensure completeness of IVD product documentation helping in the registration process. You will coordinate translations of technical and promotional documents. You will help and support the market surveys /studies including competitions and trends and obtaining customer feedback. You will provide information for management by preparing short-term and long-term product sales forecasts, reports, and analysis. You will implement the new assays and validate them, and develop new protocols. You will maintain precise and up-to-date documentation, and write scientific/medical content. You will present at customer and medical meetings, and provide tailored knowledge and value. Your qualifications and experience Bachelor’s degree in Medical or Biological Science or equivalent Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role. Strong background in diagnostics industry with strong technical background in POC and having good market network with POC KOLs. Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle. Your attributes and skills Skilled at working effectively with cross functional teams in a matrix organization. Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
