1. 负责伺服驱动器和变频器电力电子产品硬件电路设计、参数计算、设计仿真；
    Designing the hardware circuit and parameter calculation, simulation.
2. 负责功率器件的分析与选型,系统设计；
    Component selections, system design and simulation.
3. 负责开发过程中的电路调测与问题解决,产品验证;
    Hardware circuit testing and solving the testing issue.
4. 撰写设计方案和技术文档;
    Generating of design documentation.
5. 产品成本分析及控制；
    Product cost analyzing and controlling.
6. 硬件部日常活动及安排的其他工作。
    Attend normal activities of HW team，other tasks assigned by HoD.

1. 电力电子与电气传动，电气工程自动化或自动控制相关专业，硕士及以上优先；
    Major in Power Electronics, Power Electric automation or automatic control or relevant. Master degree or above is preferred ;
2. 有2年以上的硬件开发经验或基础, 有伺服驱动器、变频器、UPS、开关电源、SVG、APF设计与开发者优先；
    2 years hardware development related experience. Experience and skills in Servo drive, frequency converter, UPS, SMPS, SVG, APF is preferred;
3. 扎实的电力电子技术, 功率器件或电磁元件设计和半导体应用技术, 熟悉各种功率电路的拓扑结构和工作原理, 有安规（CE, DIN, UL…）EMC或功能安全相关知识的优先；
    Power electronics technology. Familiar with the topology structure and working principle of power circuit. Know-How with Electrical safety, EMC technology and Functional safety is preferred;
4. 熟练应用MS-Office，Spice仿真工具，ECAD电路设计工具，MATLAB，MATHCAD；
    Familiar with MS-office, Spice simulation tool, ECAD tool, MATLAB , MATHCAD;
5. 良好的英语听说读写能力；
    Good English skills；
6. 工作积极主动，责任心强，有团队合作和协调能力。
    Pro-active, high sense of responsibility, good team player with coordination skills.
