Primary school Homeroom teachers needed in Chaoyang, Beijing (can issue PU letter)

Location：Olympic park of Chaoyang district, Beijing

Must be native English speakers with Education related major, and at least 2 years' primary school homeroom teaching experience!!!!!

pay package: 22,000-30,000 rmb/m before tax (negotiable)
housing: 6,500 rmb/m, (we will help you find apartment)
settling fee: 20,000 rmb (will pay once arrived),
12 months' contract from Aug 1st to July 31st (as long as you can arrive before Aug 16th, will still start pay from Aug 1st),
fully paid holidays:
Spring holiday: about 9 days form the end of April to the end of Labor's day holiday,
Summer holiday: about 6 weeks for summer holiday,
Autumn holiday: about 2 weeks around our Mid-autumn day,
Winter holiday: 2-3 weeks during our spring festival,
Christmas holiday: 2 weeks,

Flight: we can buy round trip tickets for you during one year's contract,
Class size: around 20 students in each classroom.
Office hour: 8:00am-4:50pm during Mon to Fri, (one or two hours for lunch break, either from 11am-1pm or 12pm-1pm)
No less than 900 minutes' teaching hours/week.
Free Tuition for teachers' kids.

Homeroom Teachers:
A homeroom teacher is responsible for centering instruction on high expectations for student achievement by
establishing a culture for learning, providing clear communication with students and engaging students in learning.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Create and implement instructional strategies that are data-driven to meet student-learning needs
· Apply knowledge of differentiated instructional practices that are data-driven to meet individual student academic
needs
· Apply knowledge of subject matter content, pedagogy and school and national curriculum resources to determine
instructional outcomes and provide a coherent instruction for students, including math, CLA, ELA, World Geography
and Science, etc.
· Apply knowledge of student growth and development to establish and manage a safe, respectful and positive learning environment
· Organize and maintain a safe physical space for student learning
· Use student data to modify instruction and improve student learning
· Establish and Implement appropriate student academic learning goals
· Design and administer student assessments that measure progress towards student learning goals
· Maintain accurate student records, including math, CLA, ELA, World Geography and Science, etc.
· Communicate and collaborate with parents on a proactive or responsive basis through established channels, including regularly scheduled newsletter, class calendar, parent/teacher conferences and conferences as determined necessary by the School Administration
· Communicate and collaborate with other staff in a professional and collegial manner that focuses on improving
instructional practice and student learning
· Support communication of information regarding the ITA program between and to students, parents, and other
staff.
· Participate and engage in the school professional learning community
· Participate in co-planning with all co-teaching partners on a weekly basis.
· Provide afterschool clubs based on school needs
· Attend and participate in all required staff meetings and other activities deemed necessary by the school administration
· Observations and evaluation by Head of Primary and Director of Chinese Center
