Job Description
Principal Quality Assurance/Testing Analyst->> Defines and maintains highly complex test system configurations and writes test scripts for complex integrated systems in large scale projects. Provides high level technical guidance to assigned project teams. Leads quality assurance and testing projects, including developing and monitoring project plans and budgets. Implements strategic procedures and policies when selecting methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for obtaining results. Presents results to Quality Assurance leadership. Analyzes highly complex systems requirements. Resolves highly complex problems detected in testing. Analyzes the effectiveness of the use of technology in QA processes. Uses technical expertise to recommend new products and provide guidance and expertise in their development. Provides innovative direction and guidance on reports, communications, and training materials and ensures recommendations are aligned with customer/organization needs and capabilities. Contributes to the achievement of area objectives. Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience required, advanced degree preferred 10-12 years of experience in a systems quality environment required, experience in the securities or financial services industry is a plus.
