Lead and manage sub-ordinates to develop and execute strategies and build relationships with agency to meet and exceed sales targets

Roles and Responsibilities:

Agency Activities Management

  • Help formulate sales strategies and execute the plans
  • Support and push CS business by ensuring efficient support is delivered to front line
  • Keep abreast of market delvelopment and provide effective promotional programmes for agency to increase awareness within the agency channels
  • Provide help desk at agency offices, if applicable

Other Responsibilities

  • Perform any other duties and projects as assigned

Minimum Job Requirements:

  • University graduate with minimum 10 years sales experience of which 6-8 years in supervisory/managerial positions
  • Good product knowledge
  • Good communication skills
  • Able to manage a project/event independently
  • Good command of English and Chinese
  • Tactful interpersonal relationship
  • Good presentation and team building skills
  • Self-motivated and customer orientated
  • Preferably IIQE (paper 1,2,3 & 4) licensed
  • Ensure team members who perform regulated activities have obtained the relevant licenses and fulfilled the licensing requirements
