Lead and manage sub-ordinates to develop and execute strategies and build relationships with agency to meet and exceed sales targetsRoles and Responsibilities:
Agency Activities Management
- Help formulate sales strategies and execute the plans
- Support and push CS business by ensuring efficient support is delivered to front line
- Keep abreast of market delvelopment and provide effective promotional programmes for agency to increase awareness within the agency channels
- Provide help desk at agency offices, if applicable
Other Responsibilities
- Perform any other duties and projects as assigned
Minimum Job Requirements:
- University graduate with minimum 10 years sales experience of which 6-8 years in supervisory/managerial positions
- Good product knowledge
- Good communication skills
- Able to manage a project/event independently
- Good command of English and Chinese
- Tactful interpersonal relationship
- Good presentation and team building skills
- Self-motivated and customer orientated
- Preferably IIQE (paper 1,2,3 & 4) licensed
- Ensure team members who perform regulated activities have obtained the relevant licenses and fulfilled the licensing requirements
