* Ensure that Accounts are opened in the systems in a timely and accurate manner

* Ensure timely & accurate processing of client KYC documents

* Work with Legal and Compliance and other stake holders on documentation requirements and

ensure compliance with regulatory controls and internal Bank policies

Review Private Banking Clients¡¯ Account Opening documentations for adequacy and

compliant to legal, regulatory and internal requirements

* Liaise with Relationship Managers and their Assistants to complete required documentation,

explain and clarify documentation requirements

* Execute account opening processes across the various systems

Provide prompt, accurate and quality service to internal clients

  * Strong communication skills needed to coordinate with internal business partners

  Professional and Technical

  * Preferable has at least 2 years working experience in account documentation review for the

  Private Banking Industry

  * Have knowledge in AMLO KYC documentation requirements

  * Good command of both written and verbal in English and Chinese
