We are looking for the right candidate to fill our position of Process Improvement Specialist.

Job Summary:
Implement business process improvement initiatives

Assist adoption on re-engineering methodology and technologies

Produce project documentation

Job Responsibilities:
As a member of professional services team, implement supply chain processes improvement initiatives for varies companies

Analyze as-is business processes and requirements, and support re-design to achieve the targets set

Assist adoption on re-engineering methodology and technologies

Work closely with internal and external vendors and business stakeholders

Produce project documentation including but not limited to project plan, process design document, requirement specification and training manuals

Support team administration

Minimum Requirements:
Degree holder in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Logistics and Supply Chain or Business Administration related disciplines

2-3 years of experience in supply chain and logistics process improvement projects

Knowledge of ERP, WMS, RFID, ISO will be an advantage

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Possess acute business acumen, strong analytical and problem solving skills

Self-motivated and result-oriented

A good team player and quick learner
