Recently they have a new headcount to cope with the needs of operating support. Great chance to join a stable company!

Description

  • Handle end to end procurement cycle from vendor sourcing, tendering, supplier negotiation to fulfilment

  • Communicate and co-ordinate with internal stakeholders for tendering arrangement, and feedback on suppliers

  • Oversee on-going facility management and office renovation projects

  • Monitor vendor, contractors' key performance indicator (cost, quality & fulfilment rate)

  • Take up ad-hoc projects/initiatives as assigned

Profile

  • Degree holder of Procurement, Supply Chain, Facility Management, or other related discipline

  • At least 4 years procurement and facility management working experience, preferable in public sector

  • Strong analytical, communication and negotiation skills

  • Proficiency in MS office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)

  • Proficient in written English and preparing formal tender document
