Description
Handle end to end procurement cycle from vendor sourcing, tendering, supplier negotiation to fulfilment
Communicate and co-ordinate with internal stakeholders for tendering arrangement, and feedback on suppliers
Oversee on-going facility management and office renovation projects
Monitor vendor, contractors' key performance indicator (cost, quality & fulfilment rate)
Take up ad-hoc projects/initiatives as assigned
Profile
Degree holder of Procurement, Supply Chain, Facility Management, or other related discipline
At least 4 years procurement and facility management working experience, preferable in public sector
Strong analytical, communication and negotiation skills
Proficiency in MS office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
Proficient in written English and preparing formal tender document
