Currently we have an opportunity for a Procurement Support Administrator. This role will play an important part within our team, with focus on providing support to our internal stakeholder on vendor onboarding, contract creation, third party risk management and fulfilment of  Procurement Processes and requirement. This role will be based on a 12 month contract part-time basis of 3 days per week through an external payroll provider.

The successful candidate will be an enthusiastic individual with experience in Procurement, Commercial Contract Creation (SOWs), SAP P2P and some exposure to Third Party Risk Management. You will be a customer centric individual with a strong focus on process and attention to detail.

  • Provide guidance to internal stakeholders on vendor onboarding process and support in completion of onboarding requirement.

  • Perform due diligence (Third Party Risk Management) on new suppliers and maintaining the due diligence requirement in the AZ portal.

  • Promote Procurement Portal and support with maintenance of the portal.

  • Provide guidance to internal stakeholders and suppliers on contracts and SOW creation and support for updating the contract templates.

  • Provide support for maintenance of Procurement Systems such as Supplier Onboarding, Contract Management System and Saving Tracker.

  • Identify gaps and opportunities in current processes and liaise with key stakeholders for training and adoption of new ways of working.

  • Deliver excellent customer service in all internal / external communications.

  • Providing ad-hoc support with Vendor creation/maintenance requests.

  • Provide ad-hoc support for P2P process (Purchase order creation to invoice processing).

  • Review data quality and provide ad hoc analytical support.

  • Provide support for Procurement projects with global and local team

Candidate Requirement:

  • 2 – 3 years Procurement Experience ideally within Commercial / Indirect categories.

  • Understanding of contracts and experience in putting statement of work for Commercial Services

  • Good SAP P2P knowledge and understanding

  • Passionate about supporting internal stakeholders to deliver great outcomes

  • Team player, with ability to work effectively with others

  • Ability to manage multiple simultaneous requirements in your role

  • Demonstrated proficiency in the use of MS Office programs including Word, Excel and Outlook

  • Excellent Interpersonal and verbal communication skills with the ability to build effective relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.

  • Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment with lots of variety

  • Accurately review tasks, with a strong attention to detail, and delivers high-quality results

  • Continuous improvement mindset, always looking for efficient ways of working

  • Strong attention to detail with good analytical skills
