THE ROLE:

This is a Sr. Product Planner who will work with team based in Asia. We have 2 groups located in Taiwan and SUZ. We have internal work partners as Product Owner and Central IE who based in US, with co-working with them on each product, We make the 13wks window loading plan to Suppliers. Our daily job is focusing the production execution/control with OSAT/JV from wafer bump through A-TMP.  Eventually Drive the product Supply to Demand Target.

 

THE PERSON:

Like teamwork, easy to talk but with strong personability, good soft skill to push contact partners’ response, Good communication verbally and written in English and Chinese.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Capture BOM knowledge, analyze supply-demand matching, identify supply shortages reason and drive solutions with related partners to close the gap.
2. Accountable of the end-to-end ownership, executing with suppliers to achieve the supply target from wafer Fab out to A-TMP for final finishing goods pack out.
3. OSATs engagement to drive the throughput and efficiency to Golden UPH. Manage all planning parameter and collaborate with ENG/IE to close the gap and improve the supply.
4. Track and monitor supply position including recommendations for risk mitigation.
5. participate in NPI products, ramp to mass production involving Capacity/HW planning, planning parameters monitoring, material management, BOM/test flow and B2B routine engagement.
6. Daily tracking and managing WIP movement, cycle time and hold/aged materials in OSATs. Supply upsides analysis and recommendation feedback.
7. Lead and trigger influencing communication, coordinate and drive actions with cross function teams to solve excursions and recover the supply.

 

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

• 3-6 years' experience in semiconductor manufacturing production planning & control under supply chain organization.
• Experience in outsourcing/OSAT management / Design house relative. NPI experience is a plus!

 

ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS:

• Bachelor degree or above in business/material management or industry engineering
• Apics or PMP certification is a plus
