1. Maintain material master data, create material part number and create & maintain BOM for ATJ products.
2. Organize and coordinate the implementation of ATJ and AST relevant Engineering Change Request (ECR) in XiP.
3. Manage the technical drawings of AT products in production shop floor.
4. Part-time project management, make good quality control, progress control and cost control, to ensure that project goals are reached.

5. Assist head of department to take charge in the daily management of department.

6. Organize department related meetings & workshops, take the meeting minutes and follow-up the measures.

7. Organize and coordinate department related group activities, and assist department head to conduct team building.

8. Perform other tasks assigned by supervisor or above.

1.  负责拧紧系统的SAP工作，包括维护原材料主数据、创建物料编码、创建和维护BOM等；

2.  负责组织和协调工厂相关部门执行拧紧系统和传输系统相关产品涉及的工程变更；

3.  负责组装技术产品相关技术图纸的日常管理工作；

4.  兼职项目管理工作；做好项目的质量控制、进度控制和成本控制，确保最终达成项目的各项目标；

5.  协助部门领导负责部门的日常管理工作，努力做好领导的参谋助手，起到承上启下的作用；

6.  负责部门各类会议的召开与主持，并做好会议记录和后期跟进落实工作；

7.  负责部门集体活动的组织和协调，协助部门领导开展团队建设；

8. 完成上级主管安排的其他工作。

- Bachelor degree or above, majored in technical, engineering and related.

- Fluent English both in speaking and writing.

- Proficient with PC and MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PPT).

- Be proactive, and has strong sense of responsibility and teamwork spirit.

- Has strong sense of innovation, and has good communication & coordination skill, good planning & executive ability and good project management skill.

- 大学本科学历或以上, 技术及工程相关专业；

- 流利的英语书写能力；

- 熟练电脑操作能力, 包括MS office (Word, Excel, PPT) ；

- 积极主动，并具备强烈的责任感和团队合作精神；

- 创新意识强，并具备良好的沟通协调能力、计划执行能力、项目管理能力。
