Position Description: Advisory Engineer, Hardware Own the technical client relationship Be first POC for post ship field related issues Work with ASPs re education, scripts, and process documents (where applicable) Co-work with multiple departments to resolve field issues (services, supply chain, dev) Issue recreation in lab, leading to bug creation and / or cowork with Development Create documentation and education for end clients when needed Establish individual goals, strategies, and procedures Support existing PE in their current client facing rolls Be quality teams eyes and ears on the ground for MFG issues. #### Position Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in IT related field Ability to manage projects independent as well as within a team Proven ability to successfully manage multiple tasks at one time Ability to adapt and overcome day to day obstacles while meeting deadlines Fluent in English, other languages a plus 5+ years of experience in client facing support roll 1+ years in development and or MFG engineering Familiarity with large scale Manufacturing environment Willingness to “dig in” and get the job done Prepare executive level briefings for critical issues 10 to 15% travel in NA We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and do not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment because of race, color, sex, age, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, status as a veteran, and basis of disability or any federal, state, or local protected class.
