  • Sets vision for a product team. Challenges the status quo and inspires people toward a unified destination. 
  • Creates clear goals for the team and efficiently executes to ship product and deliver impact for our business and users.
  • Have rich experience in To C or To B  products, can quickly find the essence of the problem, output good quality product solutions.
  • Leads large, cross-functional groups of people to deliver on team’s mission (without necessarily managing team members). Communicates concisely and influences outcomes.
  • Build alignment across product teams, cross-functional partners (FP&A, Community Support Operations, Trust, etc.) and China Leadership/Executive team.


  • 5+ years product management experience with a consumer internet company
  • Demonstrated track record of product leadership.  Ability to lead and influence teams.
  • Ability to quickly absorb technical concepts and communicate them to a non-technical audience
  • Experience with Chinese consumer internet products or marketplaces.
  • Big thinking. Should be able to help a small team achieve goals out of their comfort zone.
  • Radical thinking paired with strong execution. Can envision a world different than the status quo with the ability to articulate a clear path to get there.
  • Required good ability of English skill




  • 负责房客/房东端核心体验优化,提升平台自助服务能力,降低平台客服成本
  • 从用户反馈发掘产品体验问题,对问题清晰定位,产出合理的解决方案
  • 建立清晰流程的协作流程,通过跨团队的合作落地产品方案
  • 深入分析用户行为及用户反馈数据,优化关键指标,有效衡量项目产出


  • 五年以上的产品经验,有用户端经验优先考虑
  • 有能力设定产品远景,为团队制定明确的目标和落地的执行计划,并推进相关团队执行及交付,实现目标并为我们的业务和用户带来影响。 
  • 擅长跨团队协作沟通,有能力推进产品及其他职能团队(财务/社区运营/风控团队等)与领导团队达成一致。
  • 具备丰富的To C或To B产品经验,可以迅速找到问题的实质,输出优质的产品解决方案。
  • 可熟练使用英文沟通
