Description

• Develop strategy in public hospitals by collecting & analyzing customer insights, monitoring market dynamics and formulate key initiatives. Lead initiative implementation with cross-function team.
• Drive Invisalign portfolio penetration in public hospitals by effective marketing programs to introduce new products, expand indications and wide coverage in target segments. Lead pre-market & post-market clinical studies for smooth delivery and high-level evidence.
• Design and manage marketing & educational events with public hospitals & associations to deliver strong message and evidence on Invisalign’s superiority and efficacy. Drive Invisalign be integrated in the curriculum of post- & undergraduates.
• Manage Align’s collaborate research projects with Universities & teaching hospitals so the researches foster well-being of Invisalign treatments.
• Maintain good relationship with KOLs & Association. Grow advocators and manage consistent messages communicated in the HCP community.
• Produce tracking report and track progress regularly as required.

 

Qualification:

• Strong implementation, excellence in execution and effective communication
• Customer focused;
• Fast learner on clinical & product knowledge
• Proven track record in designing & managing projects with public hospitals
• Self-motivated, and a team player;

 

Education & Experience

• University degree in business/marketing/economics. Master or above is a plus
• Experience in working in a multidisciplinary & matrix organization; healthcare industry experience is plus.

 

Skill sets

• Good spoken and written Chinese & English. Good presentation and planning.
• Skillful at MS Office;
• Able to travel extensively and work off-sites in China (about 20% of working hours)
