Job Description
Position Description: We are currently seeking a Web Product Manager to join our Global eCommerce Team in delivering outstanding eCommerce solutions to consumers. This person will be part of a team responsible for owning our online store and mobile app, LenovoPRO, for our Small and Midsize Business (SMB) customers. The Web Product Manager will work with Lenovo business teams, BT/IT, 3rd party vendors and other stakeholders to define, blueprint, test and implement new capabilities on the Lenovo eCommerce platform globally. Job Responsibilities • Explore new ecommerce capabilities based on industry trends and business needs, focusing on new and existing SMB customers. • Using Agile methodologies, manage end-to-end requirements definition for our SMB customers via the LenovoPRO web store and mobile app. • Work closely with business stakeholders to quantify business impact and business case for new capabilities. • Coordinate with 3rd party providers, Lenovo BT/IT and other supporting teams to understand process impacts and to estimate costs. • Lead blueprinting exercises E2E with key stakeholders to ensure all integration, resources and process dependencies are addressed prior to development. • Document process flows, integration mappings and changes to supporting procedures. • Engage our UX team on Concept Work, Wireframes, Comps and Prototypes. • Lead cadence calls with stakeholders, as well as executives, to ensure that deliverables are on schedule and open issues are being addressed. • Define E2E test cases for new requirements across 3rd party and other dependent Lenovo teams. • Establish business and web success metrics with analytics team; monitor results. • Work with stakeholders to ensure new processes and procedures are clearly documented. • Ensure users are trained on new functions and how to manage enablement and issues. • Report to executives on progress toward KPIs, trends, projects. #### Position Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA a plus • At least 7 years of experience in a product management environment in eCommerce • Experience in constructing complex solutions and documenting requirements • Experience with Agile methodologies • Experience communicating/advocating for projects with executives • Experience working in a collaborative and energetic team environment • Excellent problem solving and decision making skill; deal with ambiguity in fast-paced e-business environment • Self-directed and proactive • Ability to work cross functionally in order to achieve desired results, on time • Able to work across various time zones; off hours and long hours as needed • Clear sense of accountability & ownership • Effectively builds & delivers presentations to all levels of management • Knowledge of JIRA, Adobe Analytics, VOC feedback tools, and performance monitoring tools • Mobile app management a plus We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and do not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment because of race, color, sex, age, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, status as a veteran, and basis of disability or any federal, state, or local protected class.
