In this role, you have the opportunity to

Join Philips Health System team while advancing your career in a dynamic, fast paced and multinational environment of Philips Taiwan. Act as Product Marketing Manager of Digital Pathology Solutions to provide professional support to the customers; this is the key business for the growth of Philips focus on Hospital laboratory functions in Taiwan market.

You are responsible for

• Develop strategy and marketing plan of Digital & Computational Pathology business in Taiwan, including customer segmentation, positioning, portfolio, pricing, and promotion to drive 100% pathology digitalization, increase market share and achieve business objectives.
• Collaborate with sales, application and service team to understand/influence customer needs.
• Engage key stakeholders, support pre-sales and post-sales activities, to fulfill customer requirement and achieve AOP target.
• Develop and execute marketing programs and activities to develop key opinion leaders, build up Philips digital pathology solution awareness and preference among targeted segment.
• Manage NPI (new product introduction) and product portfolio for Taiwan medical health market.

You are a part of

Key talent of Health System aims to deliver qualified service to customers in order to fulfill the business needs and Company standard. You will base in Taipei office and direct report to Head of Marketing – Health System.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

• Master Degree or above major in Medical Laboratory Scientist, Clinical Scientist, Biomedical engineering or related field
• Minimum 3 years working experience in product marketing for medical device/ healthcare / clinical laboratory industry is a MUST.
• Excellent communications and customer interaction skills.
• Strong ability to learn domain knowledge and link product to application.
• Flexible mindset within this fast growing organization
• Attention to detail and Customer Focus
• Good command of English and Mandarin
