Agilent Order Fulfillment and Supply Chain Group (OFS) is looking for an ambitious graduate or student of Industrial Engineering or related field to join our Production Engineering team in Torino, for a 6 months internship.

This internship is about developing real world experience in a company that is a leader in the markets it serves.

You will be collaborating on:

  • Configuration and usage of SAP ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) software for Bill of Materials management, routing and material master data.
  • Creation and/or revision of SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and other documents manufacturing related.
  • Creation and/or revision of basic technical drawings (mechanical parts and assemblies).
  • Support of the manufacturing team in trouble-shooting and problem-solving processes to meet production timelines, quality policies, and customer expectations.
  • Deployment and stabilization of new manufacturing processes following Continuous Improvement guidelines.
  • NPI (New Product Introduction) process, mainly in the design of new tools and equipment to assemble and test manufacturing prototypes.
  • Upgrade and maintenance of the network infrastructure to support new devices installation and/or new requirements of data storage and transfer.
