Day to Day Responsibilities: 1. Create weekly and daily production plans according to customer demands and safety stock requirement. 2. Schedule, sequence, prioritize production orders, aligning with master production plan. 3. Review production order, check material availability and release production order to production line. 4. Confirm and keep updating shipping plan to customer service. 5. Monitor production progress, work closely with plant operations, warehouse, quality, purchasing and customer service to ensure orders ship cleanly as scheduled. 6. Run daily production meeting with cross-functional team to review production issues and ensure continuity of production. 7. Deliver daily production reports. 8. Manage WIP inventory 9. Improve material flow in production, support further development of lean management practices in operation. Project involved with: 1. Support AGS HF plant startup activity. 2. Support New product introduction in parallel with mass production scheduling. Reporting Structure: Direct report: Planning Manager Dot Line report: Production Manager Education & Experience • Bachelor degree or equivalent. • 3 years+ working experience in production planning, production control, supply chain, preferably in a high-tech or multiple-processing manufacturing industry. • Familiar with ERP/SAP. • CET6, Proficient in reading and writing especially. • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially EXCEL Required Skills • Quick learner and willing to work under high-pressure and dynamic environment. • In-depth knowledge of production planning, manufacturing practices • Strong analytical capabilities, high level of amenity in working with numbers • Think strategically and execute tactically, persistent attention to details • Sense of urgency and creativity to handle project issues and adapt plan to meet objectives • Exert tactful influence in a matrixed organization and outstanding teammate and communicator Job Selling Points • Opportunity to be a division planning head • Good company culture, management style and personal development opportunity.
