This role will be responsible for managing the technical on-boarding ofcomplex Direct Market Access clients.

The clients we represent are Top Tier Global Financial Institutions with an excellent market reputation. As part of their expanding business in APAC, they are currently looking for an Production Support (AVP/VP) - Permanent Headcount to join their team.

Description

• Managing the on-boarding, testing and implementation of all new client connectivity for electronic execution initiatives for exchange traded securities in the region
• Monitor application components
• Debugging the system and fixing the production related issues
• Escalate / follow-up on permanent fix for development related issues
• Knowledge and understanding of trade lifecycle and message workflow
• Change and resiliency management
• Overall project coordination and delivery management for global projects involving trading platforms, new markets, regulatory compliance initiatives and risk
• Coordinate with primary stakeholders and delivery team regarding strategic release management planning activities
• Work in shift and participate weekend release are required

Profile

• Strong financial product knowledge on either Credit or EQD, EQD would be a plus
• Strong Business awareness as to how the Credit or EQD are traded
• Strong in Unix, Linux and Windows skills
• Knowledge with SQL, Perl and Shell scripting
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Capable of meeting tight deadlines and working under pressure/multi-tasking
• Strong sense of personal responsibility
• Good team player
• Flexible to work in morning and evening shifts
