Job Role: Program Manager, Point of Sale Financial Services

Location: Raleigh, NC

The companies’ ability to gather powerful insights, analyze clearly and intelligently our environment and performance, and execute on various types of external partnerships and/or acquisitions is critical to our long-term success. To help guide us more effectively through this transformational process, we need to reinforce our existing Business Strategy capabilities with the hiring of a new Program Manager, Point of Sale Financial Services will also have direct influence on the third party point of sale program and relationship for the Canadian marketplace.

Essential Responsibilities

This role will help us make key decisions by providing educated recommendations on best practices within and outside of our industry, using these four essential components:

  • Manage Program Performance: implement a consistent framework of how we manage, measure, and execute the program, and engage with all business units to optimize performance of the program.
  • Ensure that business unit is aligned with its IT partners to ensure that integration and iterations occur in a timely manner.
  • Gathering and analyzing Insights from the market and the business, supporting loan program needs.
  • Generating and analyzing critical company performance and forward looking growth opportunities, communicating to internal stakeholders, as well as critical trends, risks and opportunities for the business.
  • Manage all 3rd party point of sale financing relationships

In this role, you will…

This functional leader will hold the responsibility of the financial services program management and will be the direct point of contact for our financial services partners. This role will work with internal stakeholders and outside financial services partner to develop overall strategies, sales initiatives, marketing campaigns, incentives, and implementation of credit training program. An important aspect of the role will be the understanding of the financial services (Point of Sale financing specifically) competitive landscape within and outside of our industry that would be leveraged to grow our business and as such, this role will be required to work closely with these departments within the organization.

Education/Experience

  • The position require a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. An MBA is preferred.
  • 7+ years in relationship management, sales and/or business development roles with a heavy emphasis in retail point of sale financing.
  • Previous experience working in the Canadian Financial Marketplace is preferred.
