We would like to get onboard The Main Line Project Manager in R&D is responsible for the development of the Main Line Projects related to ERTMS systems. It also includes people coordination and with other related products. Main responsabilities - Responsible for ensuring compliance with requirements, deadlines and budget for the Main Line Projects development. - Coordination with other projects and areas to ensure the commitments made, both on a functional and financial level and in terms of dates. - Economic management and resources of the Main Line Projects development. Monitoring of actuals and preparation and monitoring of forecasts. - Technical lead of the RBC development, coordinating the Agile development and providing technical support to the teams. - Project reporting. - Management, motivation and development of employees both at management and professional levels - Evaluation of collaborators. - Support to Sales and Bidding areas in the elaboration of offers and estimates.
