Our Client

One of the leading real estate developers in Hong Kong is looking for an Assistant Project Manager/ Project Manager in Architecture to look after their upcoming residential development projects.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for feasibility study, planning, co-ordination, supervision and execution of the development projects
• Manage project execution and to ensure the project achieves the design and quality standard as planned
• Timely advise on possible need for change of approved design and direct consultants to issue variation instructions according to agreed design solutions
• Work with the Value Engineering Team to prepare the project budget and cost plans
• Drive for effective teamwork amongst the project consultants and contractors particularly in resolving problems and conflicts to ensure timely and orderly completion of project works
• Work with Interior Design, E&M and QA team to supervise performance of site team through regular meetings, on–site inspections etc. to review progress and standard of workmanship

Requirements

• Degree in Architectural Studies or related disciplines
• HKIA registered Architect
• At least 10 years' project management experience in overseeing large-scale development projects independently from inception to completion with major developers/ clients
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese
• Candidates with less experience will be considered for the post of Assistant Project Manager
