• Degree in Building Studies, Construction Management, Civil or Structural Engineeing related. 
• 10 years' or abvoe relevant working experience in Building Construction projects in HONG KONG 
• Wokred on both Residential or Gov. projects is an advantage, but Not a must.
• Must fluent in CANTONESE. 
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Project Manager / Site Agent.
