About the Client
My client is one of the leading listed conglomerate with global business coverage, providing end-to-end service in construction and engineering projects, property development, facility management, and network solutions. With their business expansion, they are now looking for 2-3 Project Manager/ Assistant Project Manager to station in their client side from hospitality sector in Macau to manage their building service team.

About the Role

• Responsible for the liaison between client's team, architect, sub contractors on project coordination
• Technical input in problem solving
• Providing overall project management in Building Services and to ensure projects requirement are maintained including budget, timeline, quality
• Responsible to ensure all projects are delivered under contractual requirement

About the Candidate

• Diploma or above in building services engineer or other related disciplines
• 10 years above working experience in large scale projects
• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills
• MHKIE, MIMechE, MCIBSE or other related qualifications 
• Able to daily travel or stationing in Macau
