The Job

• Clients: A Leading Main Contractor
• Position: Project Manager (Building Works / Public Rental Housing)
• Responsibilities:
• Monitor and manage daily operation of projects
• Monitor the performance of the projects, sub-contractors, and resolve daily problems
• Identify potential construction problems, instigate preventive measures, standardization, and innovate technique in related to selective construction process
• Liaise with Client, Architect and Consultant for performance and project coordination
• Salary: $50-60K, bonus, medical

Requirements

• Degree in Building, Civil, Structural Engineering or other construction related discipline
• Corporate Member of a building related professional Institute
• Minimum 5 years post qualification experience in the building construction filed, the last 2 years of which shall be in building maintenance organization in the capacity of site management
• Solid experience in Public Rental Housing Redevelopment / Maintenance
