Responsibilities:

• Responsible for new shops development from planning and managing until completion
• Responsible for renovation and manage fitting out projects
• Conduct regular site visits, monitor and control the projects to ensure completion of works on-time and within the budget
• Liaise and coordinate with internal departments and external parties to ensure work progress
• Handle project documents, and reports submission

Requirement:

• Higher Diploma or above in Building Services Engineering or other related discipline
• Minimum 8 years related working experience with 5 years managerial experience
• Experience in renovation project is a must
• Well versed in <Building Ordinance> and <Fire Safety (Buildings) Ordinance> and Regulations
• Strong leadership and excellent in project planning, organization, coordination and execution
• Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
• With working experience in property management/ building management will be advantaged
• Immediate availability is highly preferred
